This is a personal application operated by Julian Mulla for a known family group. It runs on the operator’s Mac. This website provides information about the application; it does not offer account registration or access to documents.
How Gmail is used
The operator authorizes Gmail access so the application can send document notifications and read related replies. Each notification includes the scan and its labels. The operator is copied on notifications and acknowledgements. Family members reply by email and do not need to authorize an app or create an account.
A reply beginning with “done” records completion; other replies preserve notes and supporting attachments. AI suggestions and reported completion should be checked against the original letter.
Where information goes
Scanned PDFs and configured family names are sent to OpenAI for analysis. Documents, records, and linked email conversations are stored on the operator’s Mac and in a private Backblaze B2 archive. Family documents and mailbox contents are not published on this site.
