Purpose and access

fam-docs-app is a personal document-organizing tool operated by Julian Mulla for a known family group. It is not a public document processing service. Only the account owner may authorize access to their Gmail account. Users should provide only documents and information they are authorized to share.

How the workflow operates

The application analyzes scanned letters, assigns suggested labels, emails configured recipients with the operator copied, and stores related replies and attachments. Explicit reply commands can mark the document’s action complete or reopen it. A “done” reply means the sender reports completion; it is not independent verification.

Review originals and deadlines

AI analysis may omit or misinterpret names, dates, instructions, or other information. Check the original document before acting. Summaries are organizational assistance and do not replace professional advice, official instructions, or the recipient’s responsibility to handle a notice.

Availability

Processing depends on the operator’s Mac, internet connection, authorization, and external providers. It can be delayed or interrupted. Email submission is not proof of delivery or that a recipient read a message. Do not rely on the application as the only way to monitor urgent deadlines.

Privacy and stopping use

The Privacy Policy describes data access, sharing, retention, and deletion requests. Contact the operator to correct routing, stop future notifications, or request removal of stored information. The Gmail account owner can revoke the application’s authorization in their Google Account.

Changes and contact
